− The quality of everything is poor. Rough paintwork, bad workmanship throughout the building. Doorframe falling off tiles chipped. Impractical furniture. Staff are friendly but lack training

9.0Das Personal war sehr liebenswürdig. Grade Diana, der supervisor war aufmerksam und freundlich. Direkt beim 2ten frühstück, wussten sie, das ich keine Banane mag und haben diese beim Obst weggelassen. Das Essen im Restaurant sehr hochwertig, der grüne lavakuchen ein Muss 😉Wir hatten die Villa gebucht, mit Anschluss zum Hotel. Man kann sich abholen lassen oder über einen kleinen Weg, bis zum Hotel hochlaufen. Zudem bitten sie einen roomservice an und liefern dir vom Frühstück bis Abendessen alles zur Villa. Die Villa war sauber und ordentlich und hatte einen fantastischen Ausblick. Sie war voll ausgestattet mit Tellern, Besteck und Koch Utensilien. Kühlschrank mit gefrier Kombi und ein Wasser Spender war vorhanden. Leider hatten wir denn weg etwas unterschätzt. Da dieser noch nicht geteert war, sondern nur Sand und sehr steil. Schwierig mit Auto. Und fußläufig war leider nichts drum herum. Das Hotel hat uns auch die sunrise jeeptour organisiert. Der Fahrer war super pünktlich, sehr freundlich und professionell. Wir würden die Villa sofort noch mal buchen, allerdings vorher Verpflegung und was zum kochen einkaufen, das man nicht die ganze Zeit abhängig vom Hotel ist.
− Der Weg zur Villa muss unbedingt gemacht werden. Wir hatten echt Probleme mit dem Auto wieder weg zukommen und sind weggedriftet. Ich möchte es mir nicht bei Regen und Schlamm vorstellen. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist sehr „merkwürdig“. Ganz doof zu sitzen. Und leider wurde meine Handynummer im Hotel weitergegeben. Man kommuniziert dort per WhatsApp ( Essen Bestellungen usw) und ich hatte nach einer sunrise Jeep Tour gefragt. Ca. 3 Minuten später, hab ich von einer unbekannten Nummer viele (viel günstigere Ausflugssmgebote) bekommen. Scam würde ich vermuten. Nummer wurde blockiert und wir haben die offiziellen (und sehr guten Touren) über das Hotel gebucht.

2.0L'emplacement est exceptionnel. Le paysage est magistral.
− J'ai payé une demi pension mais le restaurant n'a pris en charge qu'un repas sur deux prétextant que le restaurant et les villas ne sont pas les mêmes organisations alors que j'avais réglé. Ils n'ont même pas voulu négocier le remboursement avec Booking. On voit que les villas subissent le temps et les chaises ainsi que le canapé tachés laissent à désirer. P.S : à Kintamani les mouches sont vos invitées 🤭
