1.0− Cet établissement était sale et ne correspondait pas du tout à ce qui nous a été décrit sur Booking.com. La climatisation était quasi inexistante car les appareils mobiles trouvés sur place n'arrivaient pas à rafraichir les pièces. Les hotes n'étaient pas aimables et n'ont rien voulu entendre de nos réclamations. Nous avons dù quitter l'établissement sans y séjourner et nous avons demandé en vain le remboursement des plus de 16000 euros payés en vain.

1.0Absolutely horrendous. Horrible hosts. Super rude. Took 1000€ and didn’t let us in. Called by WhatsApp and added me to a weird WhatsApp group with 5 other random numbers. Sending links to pay a “deposit”. Literally gave less than 12 hours to pay. Requested pictures of passports etc even though advised by booking not to do so and stating in their own policy that you need to show passport upon ARRIVAL not beforehand, but they refused to let us in because I hadn’t sent my details. Called and texted me about paying all the time, but when booking called them 8 times to try to resolve the issue they ignored. So they wanted US to pay without getting booking involved (I wanted it to go via booking for proof and making it reliable but they just wanted link payment). Literally absolutely horrendous. If I could give 0 starts I would. Horrible people. No grace.
