10.0The property looked even better than in the pictures. Everything felt brand new, very good design, very safe. We were there with 3 children and 4 adults and we had a lot of space and did not want to leave the villa. The property is very big and it splits between 3 adjustent buildings - 1 being a separate studio with a kitchenette and sofa area, another one - with a living room, main kitchen and 2 large bedrooms on the second floor and 1 separate building with 3 bedrooms. Swimming pool area overlooks a river and on the other side of the river - jungle-like area, no buildings facing the house. It feels completely unreal. The area is very quiet - it’s to the south of Downtown Ubud, but quite close to a few top notch restaurants like Locavore (7 mins drive). If you have kids you can walk over (4 mins) to a coffee/cacao plantation for a chocolate making workshop. Special thanks to the villa staff who were always understanding and super caring!
