9.0Very nice location with good train connections to the center. Spacious flat, quiet area apart from trains in the distance.
Spacious for Tokyo standards
8.0It was spacious and could accommodate our group well. The beds are described correctly and are of western size beds.
− Although close to a station it was still a bit far for my 75 year old mum to walk to and from. It is also a bit further out of the main areas of Tokyo 40 - 60 min by metro & or JR lines. So it does take a bit longer to get into the train areas you’d want to see as a tourist. But it did have local food option not to far away.

10.0Le logement est bien équipé, propre, spacieux, pratique et surtout les lits sont confortable, surtout après une longue journée de marche on est vraiment content de rentrer à l’appartement.
− Juste le fait que nous devions prendre plusieurs train pour pouvoir visiter les différents quartiers, depuis notre logement.

10.0The host thought of everything. Charging ports, condiments (eg salt and pepper) and laundry powder and complimentary tea. Its a 7 Min walk from the Kami-Itabashi Station and he answered all my questions immediately. Clean and comfortable with a large smart TV. Very close to Shinjuku and Ikebukuro. We are a family of 5 adults.
− If you have mobility issues be aware that it's 3 levels up stairs.
