8.0The property itself is great. Amazing architecture in an even better location with incredible views to the bay.
− We only had a set of towels for 7 nights - if a new set was needed we had to pay extra. I think that the cost of 7 nights would justify having an extra set per guest without having to pay for it. Also, the property is well equipped with utensils however, no kitchen towels (paper towels) and only 3 toilet rolls for 7-night stay. Also, only a sample of shampoo and shower gel provided. As mentioned, I would had expected that considering the cost of 7 nights I would had expected toiletries included.

10.0Rewelacyjne miejsce. Willa marzenie. Jedno z ładniejszych miejsc w których byliśmy. Piękne widoki i lokalizacja. Wygodne zameldowanie.
− Mogłoby być lepiej posprzątane przez panie sprzątające. Więcej napisałam na priv do gospodarza :)

3.0Die Lage in Famara ist grundsätzlich schön und ruhig. Auch die Anlage und der Außenbereich waren schön.
− Leider war der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr enttäuschend: Es gab keine Heizung, wodurch es im Januar in der Unterkunft sehr kalt war. Die Dusche bzw. Warmwasserversorgung funktionierte über mehrere Tage nicht, sodass keine normale Nutzung möglich war. Die Probleme wurden von uns gemeldet, aber nicht zeitnah behoben. Aufgrund der Umstände mussten wir den Aufenthalt vorzeitig abbrechen. Zusätzlich wurde eine zugesagte Rückerstattung für die nicht genutzten Nächte nicht ausgezahlt. Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft damit nicht den Erwartungen, vor allem zu dem Preis.

9.0Apartment was well designed and spacious. Pool area was great with fantastic views all around. Good appliances in kitchen.
− Pool was not heated. Pillows were actually horrible struggled to sleep comfortably - an easy fix! Missing some simple basics like salt and pepper etc. to cook with on arrival.

6.0Lo que mas resalta de este alojamiento son los electrodomésticos, esta perfectamente equipado. Nos dejaron unos detalles, una botella de vino y unos botecitos de aceite de oliva y vinagre. Muy cuidado.
− El alojamiento estéticamente es precioso pero es poco práctico, se escucha todo entre las habitaciones y el baño porque las puertas no son completamente herméticas. Echo en falta un escritorio en alguna de las habitaciones.
