Had a lovely stay in large central room with good helpful owner
8.0Very central , large spacious room , great view across the city rooftops. Double wardrobe to hang clothes. Well stocked kitchenette. Good bathroom.
− We were there in the record high heatwave … unfortunately the air con failed and couldn’t be repaired. For safety reasons we had to book another hotel locally for our final 3 days. The French owner did everything possible to get it working again but put our safety first. It was 40 degrees every day so was serious.

8.0Die Lage ist super. Parkhaus ganz in der Nähe und absolut zu empfehlen. In direkter Umgebung alles vorhanden von Restaurants, Bäcker, Sightseeing, Markthalle etc - ein Traum. Kontakt mit Gastgeber wunderbar unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit. Einbindung dieses Appartements in eine Appartmentanlage ist praktisch, dadurch belebt.
− Das Bett war nur eine ausgezogene Couch und leider nicht sehr bequem. Für 2 Nächte machbar, aber danach wird es schwierig.

9.0Der Blick aus dem Zimmer ist wirklich herausragend! Auch akustisch ist es mitten in Dijon und doch ausreichend hoch, um insbesondere bei geschlossenen Fenstern ruhig schlafen zu können. Das Appartement ist groß und bequem.
− Die Einrichtung ist leider zum Teil recht in die Jahre gekommen. Das gilt v.a. für die kleine Kitchenette und die Armaturen im Bad.
Bien placé au centre de la ville, propre et commode.
