4.0Die Lage am Golf von St. Tropez ist wirklich toll und empfehlenswert.
− Die Unterkunft entsprach in mehreren Punkten leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir freiliegende Stromkabel, Schimmelstellen in mehreren Ecken, teilweise lose Türgriffe sowie verschmutztes Küchenzubehör vor. Pflegeprodukte wie Seife waren trotz Ankündigung nicht vorhanden. Die Wohnung wirkt insgesamt abgewohnt und nicht gepflegt. Auf unsere höfliche Rückmeldung hin reagierte die Vermieterin leider mit dem Vorwurf, wir würden „mafiöse Drohungen“ aussprechen, ein völlig unangebrachter Ton, der jede Grundlage für eine konstruktive Kommunikation zerstört hat. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die großzügige Terrasse und die Lage innerhalb einer Ferienanlage mit Zugang zu Pool und Parkplatz. Die Ausstattung ist theoretisch umfangreich, praktisch jedoch in Teilen vernachlässigt. Für 2.600 € pro Woche haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet, wenngleich es auch in der Hauptsaison war. Fazit: Wir möchten anderen Gästen mit dieser Bewertung einen realistischen Eindruck geben, nicht aus Ärger, sondern aus Verantwortung. Wer Luxus erwartet, sollte woanders suchen.

9.03 very nice bedrooms and a superb terrasse to chill and enjoy the view. The garage is just few steps away from the apartment which is very convenient when you have kids and to carry all their stuff.
− Some electric appliance to be better maintained but the landlord told me she will fix it. So should not be. A big deal. Swiming pool: complicated system to accès (rotating door never worked with the badges). More a condo issue than a property pbr.

8.0The property is an apartment in a holiday village with a restaurant, supermarket, pools etc. Very good communication with the host. There is a private parking in the garage on-site. Full equipment kitchen, Nespreso machine and gratis capsules. Beautiful view from the deck.
− There was not an internet connection during our stay. The bedrooms were vary basic furnished.
