− Elevator wasn't working and we got put on the top floor Breakfast was not great, no yoghurts left, milk was warm, no clean teaspoons, coffee jugs were not labeled. Plug sockets in the room were either on the weirdest places or non-existent

Amazing stay, in a lovely well equipped and clean hotel
10.0The Queen Mary suite was amazing for the price, views were breathtaking and everything you needed was there.
Good to know
This hotel is a listed building and consequently is unsuitable for disabled guests. There are no ground floor rooms and the lift only operates from the first floor accessible after climbing one flight of stairs.
