10.0Hospitality at its best! Exceptional service by all staff! Above and beyond the call of duty, the staff went out of their way to provide impeccable service in all areas: arrival, reception, attention to detail, care and attention, assistance, warm service straight from the heart, and explaining everything with patience. Food served was of extraordinary standards and high quality. True hospitality is not about facilities , it’s about service straight from the heart. All other Ryokans should send their staff here for training and to learn true hospitality

10.0Staff were very accommodating for us, especially since we were unable to make the first night due to the heavy snowfall. They were communicative and understanding and we hope to visit again soon !
