10.0Le contact , la sympathie et l'efficacité pour accéder a l'appartement. L'emplacement parfait pour profiter d'un événement au Stade de france. Literie confortable, c'est bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel.
− Qu'il faille payer un supplément de 30€ pour stationner la voiture au parking souterrain sur une place attitrée à ce logement, bien entendu c'est plus sécurisant, stationner dans le secteur du stade un jour d'événements presente de tres nombreuses contraintes, mais à près de 400€ la nuit (tarif lié aussi à l'événement) ce qui est déjà très élevé (plus cher qu'une nuit dans un 4 etoile en plein Manhattan :/ ), la place de parking rattachée à ce logement pourrait être tout simplement inclue. En dehors de ça tout etait plutot bien. On peut noter le manque de verre, de tasse a café..

9.0Host approve last minute request, as my previous booking was cancelled last minute due to overbooked. Location was good and property was good size and cleaned. Happy to stay again. Bit of overpriced.
− Little bottle of milk for tea would be great, as shops around closing bit earlier than expected. I feel very secure and calm property. Bit of safety concern around the area. I was expecting parking included with that price.
Overall it was pleasant, hope to come back to newer towels and utensils next time
8.0Nice to have a garden to the apartment. Because it was somewhat residential and near the iconic Stade de France. Not convenient for those who want to visit central of Paris with ease, as the metro and train stations are not too close. There are restaurants and shops at walking distance, a river and two interesting bridges closeby.
− The towels and kitchen equipments could do with an upgrade, they are tired. To enter the building, one needs to coordinate with the host as you will not have the access tools yet.
