6.0− - Lautstärke => da muss ein Hinweis in die Beschreibung, Fenster sind ja extrem geräuschdurchlässig..... da hatten wir schon in Innenstädten ganz andere Apartments - keine Möglichkeit die Zimmer zu verdunkeln => auch hier ist ein Hinweis Pflicht, im Urlaub jeden Tag um 6 durch die Helligkeit aufzuwachen ist echt nicht schön - Badezimmer.... der Gestank... etc. => also hier ist entweder eine Grundreinigung nötig oder einmal komplett neu machen - Sauberkeit allgemein... schon mal hinter die Couch oder zwischen die Polster oder unter die Betten gesehen?

7.0Ich bekam meine Anruf ob alles in Ordnung ist und das finde ich gut, denn die Heizung war kalt. Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für mehrere Personen da sie drei Schlafzimmer hat, jedoch nur ein Badezimmer. Die Kaffeemaschine war gut und es gab auch Zucker und Tee.
− Einen Checkout um 10 Uhr morgens finde ich recht früh. Die Dusche ist ein wenig älter. Die Heizkörper ließen sich nicht über die Thermostate aktivieren. Dies wurde aber auf Nachfrage behoben. Einen frühstückstisch gab es nur im dachboden. Es war nur noch ein kleiner Löffel da. Man kommt erst um 15 Uhr über einen PIN-Code in die Wohnung.
