5.0The apartment was very clean, which we really appreciated. The neighborhood felt safe and family-friendly, with lots of families and kids walking around. There is also a nearby park with a beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline. Luca was very friendly, highly responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast with pancakes, coffee, and tea.
− Our biggest concern was the safety of the apartment. It is on the ground floor, and the windows can be opened fully from the outside, which made us feel very uncomfortable. It felt like anyone could simply open a window and enter the apartment, especially at night. We were also initially given the wrong address and had to drive about 5 km farther to reach the correct location. One of the bedroom air conditioners was leaking, the internet kept cutting out on our last day, and the apartment was quite noisy at night. We were told that free street parking was available, but spaces were extremely limited, making parking difficult. The 9:00 a.m. checkout time also felt unusually early, and a later checkout was only available for an additional fee. We could have contacted Luca about some of these issues, but we didn’t want anyone entering the apartment while we were away. These are issues that should have been identified and resolved before guests check in, rather than being left for guests to discover.
