7.0C'est calme comme endroit. Pas beaucoup de client . Le personnel respectieux. Vu magnifique , on voyait bien les ballon à 5h30 du matin.
− La douche était bouchée à notre arriver, on devait attendre aussi pas mal de temps pour l'eau chaude. Le petit déjeuner hyper léger. C'était pas un self service. Pas beaucoup de choix ! J'ai pas bien manger .

10.0The host was absolutely amazing! They reached out in advance to check my arrival time, arranged a taxi for me, and even dropped me off at the bus station after checkout. The whole experience was completely stress-free and the service was top-notch.The room itself was gorgeous. The best part is I could watch the hot air balloons up close right from my balcony—no need to rent a vintage car! On top of that, the host was super helpful and could assist with pretty much any Cappadocia travel service you could think of. Highly recommend!

Lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el trato del personal. Todo el equipo ha sido increíblemente amable, atento y servicial en todo momento. Siempre nos han recibido con una sonrisa y han estado dispuestos a ayudarnos con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos, dándonos recomendaciones, resolviendo nuestras dudas y haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Se nota que disfrutan de su trabajo y que se preocupan de verdad por el bienestar de sus huéspedes. El desayuno es fantástico, con una gran variedad de productos y todo muy rico. Además, el hotel cuenta con unas vistas preciosas y un ambiente tranquilo que hacen que la experiencia en Capadocia sea aún más especial. Nos llevamos un recuerdo maravilloso de nuestra estancia y, sin duda, si volvemos a Capadocia, elegiremos este hotel de nuevo. 10.0We were looking for a place where we could watch the hot air balloons in the morning, and this stay exceeded all our expectations. We went to the terrace early in the morning, and the balloons were floating just above our heads—only a few meters away. It was truly a magical experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also excellent. We spent two amazing nights here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much!

10.0Everything was great, and the staff were very helpful. There was a view of the valley from the room. It was clean and comfortable. Minor issues were resolved immediately. Excellent communication.
− The lighting in the room is a bit dim, but from what I can see, that's standard in Turkey.
