1.0− I've lodged a complaint and nobody has responded to me. The hotel was a health and hygiene hazard. I've asked for a refund, yet I've not had a response. Can someone contact me.
Good value for money
8.0Bed was very comfy. Great location in middle of Chinatown.
− Noisy outside street but the hotel do provide ear buds. Room is small but good value for money

− £275 a night for a room too small for beds and with no hot water. Asked about hot water and staff simply shrugged shoulders and didn’t offer to help.
Lovely place, lovely staff
10.0Rooms are very clean, I found fresh towels and water bottles waiting for me daily. The staff are lovely and friendly 24/7. Jeffery, Gladys, Ria, Pann and Bobby took very good care of me and gave me extra water bottles when I came back exhausted after a long day of work. Such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you!
