+ Excellent central location near Montorgueil and Louvre+ Clean/spotless in several stays+ Smooth check-in and responsive host (in positive reviews)+ Walking distance to cafés, bakeries and metro− Property much smaller than advertised; misrepresentation for large groups− Claustrophobic layout and lack of natural light in parts− Poor privacy (missing/weak doors, visible gaps)

1.0We never checked in! They demanded fees that booking.com said were already paid! They also had water leak, the person i was dealing with was HORRIBLE, very disrespectful. This person even had the audacity of calling me names! Booking.com or any booking website should not allow this kind of companies to advertise on their sites. For this reason I'm only booking my stays with Airbnb. I put in a dispute with my credit card because even though we didn't even check in, they still charged, my credit card company fought my case and I got my money back, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
