Es una estafa. No reserven aquí. Un día antes de llegar te dicen que el aparatmenro no está para ser ocupado con excusas de olores y vecinos enfadados y te mandan a otro apartamento mucho más lejos. Pésima experiencia

The decoration was really nice with beautiful linen, plush towels and blankets. The location was great for all the Parisian attractions. Everything was in easy walking or cycling distance. The property would be nice for a couple who are staying for a few days with minimal luggage.

− The apartment is incredibly small and ie essentially a cleverly converted storage room. It was literally smaller than our tent. We are a family of four who had been camping across France for two weeks, and this was supposed to be the more luxurious part of our trip. Unfortunately, it was anything but. The property was not as pictured in the advert. There was no dining area or dining table, and it appears that multiple different properties are being advertised under the same listing. Once the sofa bed was pulled out, there was virtually no floor space left. We had no option but to put our luggage at the end of the bed, which blocked the door and was extremely concerning from a fire-safety perspective. The apartment was strangely equipped. There was a washing machine but no airer or suitable space to dry clothes. There were two ironing boards but no kettle, so we had to use a saucepan to make hot drinks. Given that we had been travelling for two weeks, the lack of practical space and facilities was particularly difficult. The biggest problem was the parking. We specifically chose this accommodation because it was advertised as having parking for €2 per hour. This was not the case. The street parking was €18 per hour, which was completely unaffordable and would not have been safe anyway. The nearby secure car park was closed, and the other car parks we found had height restrictions. As we were travelling with a roof box, we eventually had to drive approximately 45 minutes to the other side of Paris to find somewhere suitable. This caused enormous stress and the hosts were of no help at all and advised us that they did not deal with parking and we must arrange it privately. Thankfully, a local pharmacist was incredibly kind and helped us find a parking app. However, having our car so far away meant that our plans for our final day in Paris were effectively ruined. We could not collect the car, load our luggage and then spend the day in the city.

A great location, close to amenities. Secure and tidy.
