6.0Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Personal sowohl im Restaurant als auch an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht war, die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen.
− Das Frühstück entspricht leider nicht dem Standard, den man von einem 4‑Sterne‑Hotel erwarten kann. Im Zimmer 205 war aufgrund des starken Lärms kein erholsamer Schlaf möglich. Der Straßenlärm ist sehr belastend, da die Fenster offenbar nicht ausreichend schalldicht sind.

− •Очень средний завтрак, должен был быть шведский стол, но его не было. По меню все очень скудно и невкусно. Персонал в ресторане плохо говорит на английском. •Очень шумная стройка под окном всю ночь, огромные щели в дверях на балкон, никакой звукоизоляции. •Отказались дать утюг погладить вещи, и в итоге моей подруге сожгли очень дорогой пиджак, всячески пытаясь это скрыть. Сначала вещь просто не принесли, а потом пытались сказать, что так и было. Никакой компенсации и извинений не последовало, кроме «нам очень жаль». •Такси через отель сильно дороже, не рекомендую.
