Great place but stressful management.
7.0Location is great, apartment is charming.
− Everything is DIY, via WhatsApp. Check-in, maintenance, check-out, parking, etc all DIY via WhatsApp with Italian Homing. Interacting with Italian Homing was stressful. No hot water first 24 hours, no AC in the bedrooms, became a burden to have to try to troubleshoot it with them via WhatsApp, especially for a 2 night stay. Also Italian Homing on WhatsApp accused us of scratching the TV, but we didn’t even use it. Overall the experience with Management was stressful, despite the apartment being lovely.
