10.0מיקום מרכזי, מטבח עם כל מה שצריך, דירה גדולה ומרווחת, מזגן מעולה, בכל חדר יש מרפסת, יש מעלית בבניין, קו 6 לוקח עד לאוניברסיטה L'Institut Agro. תודה רבה, נהננו מאוד🙂
− זה לא ביג דיל, אבל בחדר שינה אחד ובסלון לא היה אור ראשי אלא רק מנורות לילה.

9.0Very large well appointed unit. Excellent access to the elevator right to the unit. Lots to walk to.
− The parking in the unit’s garage only handles smaller cars. Can’t be over 4 metres. Lighting in the master bedroom could be brighter.

4.0Dairenin şehre yakınlığı ve büyüklüğü itibarı ile 2-4kişi konaklaması için ideal bir tesis. Oğlumuzun yurduna yakın olduğu için de bizim için tercih sebebiydi.
− Duş ve klozet su tazyiki yetersizdi. Garaj anahtarını istememize rağmen teslim etmediler. İlk girişte yatakların birinde PİRE ler uçuşuyordu, bunu hemen bildirdik, gelip bakmalarını ve yatakları/çarşafları değiştirmelerini istedik ama ne gelen oldu ne de arayıp soran. 1 odasını kullanamadık, oğlum salondaki küçük kanepede yatmak zorunda kaldı, bu da tüm konaklamamızı kabusa çevirdi. Ayrıca, eve giriş ve dış kapı için sadece 1 anahtar, yedek yok, kapı muhafaza kilidi zor açılıp kapanıyor, bu da eve ayrı giriş çıkışı engelliyor.

9.0Appartamento molto ampio e luminoso, ben arredato e ottimamente atrezzato in tutto quanto può servire, ottima la posizione e la vista.
− Il rubinetto del lavandino della cucina non era fissato e spruzzava acqua da tutte le parti tranne che nel lavabo. Problema non risolto. Abbiamo trovato la lavastoviglie accesa a fine ciclo ancora con le stoviglie dentro.
