Completely unacceptable experience the room was in an unhygienic condition and we had to book another hotel instead
1.0Nothing positive to mention from our experience We did not proceed with our stay due to the condition of the room upon arrival
− We booked this property expecting a clean and properly prepared room, but upon arrival we found a room that was completely unacceptable. There was trash on the floor, empty bottles, food wrappers, cigarette packs, dirt, and stained pillows. The room looked unclean and unhygienic, and despite this, it appeared they were still preparing to hand it over to us for our stay. Because of the condition of the room, we did not feel comfortable staying there and had to book another hotel instead. This caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and additional expense. We expected basic cleanliness standards and unfortunately those expectations were not met.
