Beautiful, private serene stay just outside of Ubud
9.0The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The beds were so comfortable. A very serene location and private stay.
− A bit far to travel for activities. Pool did not get any sunlight, so was quite cool. A bit more seating would have been nice.

7.0The beds. So comfortable. Huge shout out to Vopy, she was amazing.
− The pool area. Other than a faded and somewhat dirty looking blue bean bag there was absolutely no pool side furniture. It made the entire concept of a pool useless. I won't name him, but there was a staff member (young and male) than was beyond rude. Our room safe was not working. I went to reception to enquiry about the issue. This staff member turned to the other female in the office and then started talking in their language and laughing. I have stayed in Bali multiple times. Not once have I experienced this level of rudeness from Balinese people.
It was one of the best outstanding stay we have ever taken
