4.0The property has potential if it is renovated. The lay-out is good
− AVOID! The place is NOT as the pictures show. It needs a good lick of paint and a thorough clean. The paint on the bottom of the pool is all chipped off and brown. It looks dirty. The kitchen utensils were all rusty,broken or dirty. I had to spend over £100 on new stuff for the villa (which I have left for them to keep) so I could actually cook. I have not been reimbursed. The furniture and seat covers are all covered in bird droppings as the birds nest in the roof. The WiFi is extremely poor and signal for data is also extremely poor in that area. One of the hobs on the stove doesn’t work. The bedrooms are extremely basic with no place to hang up clothes. The flooring in there and the showers is stained and looks dirty and shower heads are broken and water doesn’t come out properly. The bedrooms smell of damp and I had to constantly burn incense to mask the smell, the villa is obviously not been maintained properly. I booked a one month stay and was charged £1500. I have stayed in much nicer, cleaner and more modernise villas for the same price or less. This villas doesn’t even feel traditional, it feels dirty and run down.The condition of this property is NOT worth that amount whatsoever. I feel I was scammed with misleading photos. I contacted the host to try and get a partial refund and have been completely ignored. I would not recommend staying here until they have properly renovated the place and restored it back to its original condition. Attached are photos of how the place REALLY looks.

10.0Great location, peaceful atmosphere and really welcoming staff. The villa has a warm and authentic Balinese vibe that makes the stay extra special. Felt comfortable and well taken care of during the time. A lovely experience overall!
