9.0Comfortabel en schoon appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Centraal gelegen in levendige wijk met veel restaurantjes en winkels. In het appartement zelf was het verbazingwekkend rustig gezien de ligging, wat we erg prettig vonden. Dichtbij metrostations en verschillende bezienswaardigheden zoals de Opéra Garnier en bekende musea. Regelmatig checkte de verhuurder of alles naar wens was, het contact verliep zeer vriendelijk. De lift naar de vierde verdieping werkte goed.

3.0Due to the unit location on the ground floor the site had construction debris all over the court yard, with view of the Trash Dumpster area. The unit was infested with gnats flying all over the unit. I reported this and asked to be moved to a unit upstairs and was never answered. The reception attendant was always responsible and helpful in submitting my request, but was never answered by management. The area was also quite noisy during the middle of the night, 1:00 am - 3:00 am moving the dumpsters out to the curb for trash pick up. This was located on the sidewalk of the unit right at the front door. Trash is picked up daily in Paris, so this was a nightly occurrence. I would not recommend this sight to anyone.

8.0Super location, very clean premises. Everything worked well and comfortable.
− Three things I didn’t like about the property. The wooden flooring had given up and used to make squeaky. Sounds the bathroom door used to get stuck. Was a problem opening it freely and also made a lot of sound. The wash basin in the bathroom was very highly placed. Otherwise it was a fantastic day.

− Top floor under the roof - nice apartment yet not exactly what I was expecting - also some smell pf food/kitchen spread across the room, likely coming from the floors underneath, the staff reacted in an exceptional way, intervenes timely changing and airing, the smell went away, and also offered a delicious bottle of Prosecco Millesimato. Issus happen to all, solutions and good solutions distinguish the people and in this case service was top and beyond expectations - thank you for that.
