Avoid!
1.0− Cancelled our stay with no explanation less than 48 hours before we were due to arrive. Processed our refund promptly to be fair, however, I’d avoid this property to avoid the unnecessary stress.

7.0The location is 10/10. 20 mins walking of Eiffel tour, that’s perfect. The host was very kind and always in touch. Self check-in was very convenient. Parking is available near the building (free on weekends). They also had coffee, tea, and some treats waiting for us — we really appreciated that, it was such a nice touch.
− It was very dirty. Even the toilet was filthy — i had to clean it myself. The dishes were dirty and just sitting in the dishwasher. The floor was dirty, the bathtub had mold, and the sink was completely stained. It was awful in that regard, but the great location makes up for it.

− Las arañas limpieza deja mucho que desear.
