8.0The villa rep we met during check-in was great; she was polite. The villa is clean, equipped with modern facilities, and the rooms are spacious.
− Electricity: we were informed to pay the electricity bill and were made to place a deposit. This was quite surprising, thinking all rented hotel rooms or villas would already be included in the charges. I just think the electricity could have been included in the cost based on an average consumption per family. Location: villa not easily accessible, not great if you don't have a car, quite far from shops and restaurants. Lastly, complimentary coffee and tea would be appreciated. We don't consume much, but little gestures go a long way

9.0Nice Villa in one of the complexes that are new development.
− The only downside is the location. It is quite far away from everything. Get your Grab account setup. That is the thing for groceries, food, and transportation. The only other somewhat annoying thing is that deposits are handled in cash (pretty funny in a world of Credit Cards and online banking). That means that you need to change money into Bath and back into your desired currency at the airport. Plan for the exchange rate loss.
Very happy with the Villa and services.We will come back.
9.0Modern, well equipped private Villa with comfortable beds.You must have a car or a scooter to get around.Alternatively a grab or a taxi.The communication of staff was excellent.
− There was a big building construction going on next door that we were not informed at the time of booking.We were out most days so we weren’t effected but if you stay all day around the pool at the Villa, you may be disturbed.

10.0This was the best booking I have ever made in all my years of traveling. The villa was absolutely stunning. The design was perfect. Stay was very comfortable. Luxurious for the value paid. Clean / spotless. All facilities that anyone would need is available, so self-sufficient. Super spacious. Pool was so nice. Staff were very helpful, a WhatsApp group was made to meet our needs. I, without a question, recommend this property.
− I don’t necessarily ‘not like’ this but the location was slightly isolated which is something very useful for travelers wanting to chill / relax away from noise and traffic (as we were)
