1.0− The guy was asking for information they were not on the reservation mariage certificateur passeport copies after providing all of that except the m'arrive certificat . He said he will cancel my reservation same day and I was not able to find any booking for the same date. That was a discrimination of identity since my wife does not hold a US passport. I have all the msgs on WhatsApp I can provide them.

5.0− Je n’ai pas séjourné chez eux, car j’avais seulement réservé. Le jour de la réservation, ils m’ont demandé d’annuler en me disant qu’ils allaient me rembourser, soi-disant à cause d’un bug du système et que l’appartement était déjà réservé. Ils ont attendu plusieurs heures avant de me prévenir, seulement quelques heures avant l’heure prévue de la réservation, sans aucune proposition de solution. J’ai dû me débrouiller moi-même pour trouver une alternative, alors que l’appartement était destiné à mon père et à ses amis qui étaient déjà sur place. Franchement, j’ai été très déçue, surtout que j’avais vu beaucoup de commentaires positifs.
