8.0Hotel bien ubicado, cerca del centro y la Catedral de Chartres, decoración de la habitación, ubicada en un edificio histórico, muy adecuada. El desayuno era realmente muy bueno.
− Pedí una habitación para tres personas. Al final me dieron dos habitaciones, pero una de ellas, me dijeron, la habían mejorado y en realidad eran dos espacios independientes, uno con una cama doble y otro con dos camas individuales. Cuando les dijimos que con esa habitación teníamos suficiente y que no nos cobrasen la otra nos contestaron que como la reserva se había hecho con Booking no era posible. Eso no nos gustó.

1.0Very Disappointed To not the location and parking facilities are good.
− First room stinking / smell dirty water, luckily the girl at the reception changed it to another room. The room seemed clean and ok when we put our luggage. At night when we went to sleep, going in bed, we found in the bed a dirty man black underwear full of sperm inside ! We could only report it in the morning as there was nobody at the reception when we arrived after our dinner and concert in the cathedral.
