+ Very clean / 'Todo muy limpio' / 'sauber'+ Excellent communication and flexible check-in/out+ Spacious, good for groups (fits 6)+ Great location — Prenzlauer Berg; close to tram/U-Bahn/S-Bahn− Poor window insulation (thermal and acoustic)− Noise from main road; windows don't block sound well− Radiators in bedrooms not sufficiently warm (very cold)

Great stay apart from the start when we had to sit in street for over an hour before we got in Otherwise was fab
7.0Great location clean bright airy apartment Very good for group of friends
− That the key was not in the lockbox when we arrived just after midnight and despite several emails and phone calls did not get a reply for over an hour and half We were just about to leave to book into another hotel at 1.30 am in morning when eventually someone called us and got us a code to another lockbox and eventually got in
Hinta-laatusuhde on huono. En menisi uudestaan.
4.0Sijainti on hyvä.
− Asunto on ensimmäisessä kerroksessa vilkkaan, ison kadun varrella, joten meteli on kova.
