− Абсолютно все, ужасная еда, не отзывчивый персонал, маленькие номера. Вообщем старый отель

The staff were nice, especially the animation team and the staff of the main restaurant. They offered a free transfer to Paloma Grida aqua park which was fun. The food and drinks were delicious. There are plenty of sunbeds so you can always find free ones even in high season. The girls in the kids club are nice. The hotel protects nature.

− We booked garden room. They offered us an “upgrade” to a room in a main building, but it was small and there were single beds, my 3 years old would have fallen from it, so we chose the garden room instead. The rooms are outdated, the humidity in the garden rooms is very high, the bed linen was wet, our beach wear never got dry even on the balcony. The furniture is dirty, there were big black mildew spots in the bathroom and even on the chair in the room, which is unacceptable . Although the food was tasty, but the variety was very poor, lach of seafood. The common areas of the hotel are maintained well but everything is very old and needs renovation. The kids club staff are very nice girls but the club itself is just ok, nothing special. At all, unfortunately, it was my worst experience in Turkey so far.

Beach was very comfy with lots of space. Food was ok.

− Room was terrible old( from 2000 probably), same was for my sis in main building. From my room I heard all noises and talking from nearest room. Staff at reception was rude and not client oriented, obviously they are not interested in helping their customers. As well while waiting in line at beach bar, i saw how barely they wash the glasses, highly recommend to drink only from bottles. Thanks god I was there only for long weekend, i do not recommend this hotel.

Понравилось все! Чистый пляж, много баров без толп людей, развлекательная программа для детей. мы были в первую неделю июня. Народу было ровно столько, чтобы не занимать лежаки в 7 утра :)) Есть крытый теплый бассейн с зимним садом и детским бассейном. Были в Spa- цены немного завышены, но можно сторговаться подешевле. Рядом со Spa бар со свежевыжатыми соками. Есть тихая зона, где музыка не такая громкая и можно даже поспать под соснами. Каждый вечер развлекательная программа, в том числе для детей. Утром аэробика, водный волейбол, йога. Номера большие, комфортные. Прекрасная шумоизоляция. Уборка каждый день, в номере есть мини бар и вода. В лобби отеля магазины. До центра города с шопингом на такси минут 7-10. Вернулись бы с детьми второй раз!

− Единственный минус- это подушки. Она маленькие и неудобные. Матрас хороший.
