10.0Die Nähe an Strand. Die Klimaanlage. Das Studio ist sehr klein aber hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben 13 Tagen da verbracht und die große Hitze problemlos überstanden. Wir sind groß. Über 65 Jahre, und die Treppe zu 3 Stock war leicht. Wir haben ein zweiten Schlüssel verlangt und sehr schnell bekommen
− Für uns waren zu viele Dekorationgegenstände da. Wir haben ausgeräumt um mehr Platz zu haben.

10.0La proximité de la plage, on peut tout faire à pied ! C est top ,pas besoin de prendre la voiture. La place de parking est un vrai plus Dans le logement tout y est 😊, dans un espace réduit mais parfait pour 2 personnes Il ne manque rien, y a même un lisseur 👍 et le lit est confortable. Résidence calme

8.0Excellent emplacement et place de parking privé vraiment très utile. Le balcon est agréable. La literie est bien et le studio est globalement fonctionnel avec un accès facile (boîte à clef et explications).
− Le studio était quand même moins bien que sur les photos. Le point noir est la salle de bain qui commence à vieillir (pommeau de douche de tête qui fuit et évacuation qui se bouche) avec une odeur d’humidité.
