8.0The room was comfortable and clean. Front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. I really liked the kitchenette and the walk in shower. The provided breakfast was good.
− I had an additional charge show up on my checking account separate from the room charge. I called the hotel and it was removed quickly -but not explained. Some minor maintenance was needed in areas, like paint around a towel rack repair (pic).
This was the perfect place for us to have a stop over for my daughter's tour of A&M.
10.0I loved that it was clean, looked like it had fresh paint and seemed fairly new. It was a great price point. The pool was great. I slept on the pullout which was comfortable. My kids slept on the bed and they were comfy. Staff was wonderful, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast tasted great too.
− If I had to find something to change, the only thing I can think of is that the lobby had a tv playing movies and the volume was loud. I am sure if I went out and asked for it to be turned down they would. It was just surprising to hear.

9.0Beautiful rooms at a very affordable price. Easy access for myself being a disabled vet. Very easy to get in and out of the property to get to where we needed to go and back.
− Nothing to do with the property other than many management paying closer attention to security concerns on property. There was a group of guests playing music in the parking lot and smoking illegal substance. Woke us up at 3 am and the smell of their smoke was coming through the air con very strongly.

7.0The bed was very good.
− The towel rack fell from the wall. It appeared to be hollowed out in screws, which means it was just resting on the hinges. The water pipe came out of the drain around 3AM, so had to sponge up water with the towels. It was a mobility room. The front desk lady said a report would made and asked how did I pay.
