Not a 5 star hotel
4.0Some staff were very friendly - the team at breakfast and who take reservations were so lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was also great and had a good selection of food/menu options. Outdoor pool area is nice and scenic
− We weren’t advised that a key part of the hotel was closed for 2 out of the 4 days we stayed there. The rooftop pool section which was the adults only area was booked for a wedding. Granted, events are booked, however we werent notified until a sign was placed on the day that there would be no rooftop access. This should of been informed to guests when the event was booked or at the very latest, when we arrived. We were looking forward to using the rooftop pool and was a key reason for our booking. Although the outdoor pool area is lovely, there is no where to go to get drinks. You are told it’s lounge service but end up waiting absolutely ages to be seen to. I had to go up to the waiters to request for drinks. The bar (which let us buy drinks the day before) said we cannot order and pay direct and had to wait for service. When we were seen, our order was wrong and drinks were not available even though they were on the menus. The spa was lovely, and we booked massages. We were told that the spa is complimentary when you have massages booked, however were charged for the use of the spa ! The rooms are lovely, however the shower would not stay in position and therefore would spray out and leave the bathroom soaked on a daily basis, which was a health and safety issue. The gym was filthy, equipment not clean and 2 out of the 3 treadmills were not working Overall, I would not say this is a 5 star hotel, some team are friendly and others do not say hi and the atmosphere is very unwelcoming. The lack of service and issues we faced during our time ruined our stay. I’m yet to get a response from their team (Estela) regarding the charges and have chased them on 3 occasions with no response!

− I ristoranti non sono all’altezza di un hotel 5 stelle. I lettini in piscina sono uno attaccato all’altro, senza neanche lo spazio per passare.

9.0Das Bless Cala Nova zeichnet sich vor allem durch das hervorragende, zuvorkommende Personal aus. Vor allem Michael hat sich am Pool toll um uns gekümmert. Das Team im Spa Bereich macht eine wunderbare Arbeit.
− Die Ausstattung am Pool kommt langsam in die Jahre und das das Hotel kein Adults Only mehr ist, war überraschend
