− It is completely unreasonable to expect clients to collect keys from a different location in order to access a property they have already paid for. The keys should be available at the property. Having to travel to another location to collect the keys creates unnecessary inconvenience and hassle for the client. This arrangement is unprofessional and should be addressed to ensure that future guests have a smooth and straightforward check-in experience.
