Безумно понравился отель, а точнее сервис :) ОГРОМНЕЙШУЮ БЛАГОДАРНОСТЬ хотелось бы выразить Биби.🤍 она была максимально приветлива и помогла нам в решении некоторых вопросов. Еще хотелось поблагодарить Суна бея за предоставленный номер.✨ Биби невероятно красивая и уверенная девушка. Обязательно будем планировать свой отдых в данном отеле. ARMY BIBI💜💜💜

Отдыхали в первый раз и остались в восторге! Еда вкусная, море чистое, солнце теплое, отель великолепный, персонал отзывчивый и готов помочь с любым вопросом. Отдельное спасибо нашей золотой и любимой Биби, которая следила и помогала нам. И большое спасибо Сунай бей за чудесный номер. Спасибо за чудесный отдых!

The hotel’s location was great; it’s in a very beautiful area with a stunning sea, so that’s definitely a big plus. The bed was very comfortable. The larger family room is also comfortable, but the double room isn’t quite as big—still adequate, though. The hotel itself is well-designed, with stylish furniture and beautiful tiles. So the interior design is attractive, modern, and comfortable, and the spaces are large and open.

− One of the biggest negatives was the incredibly loud music that plays late into the night. Even though we were on the second floor and relatively far from the party area, the deep bass was so strong that it was basically like laying on the pillow with the noise constantly thumping. It’s really unbearable, and completely unnecessary. There’s no quieter rhythmic music, just the loud house music and it’s not only during a one-hour show, it just keeps going. If that’s their concept, maybe they should make it adults only, because in my opinion, it seems to bother other guests with children as well. The next big negative is the food. Two out of five people had ongoing stomach issues, like diarrhea, pain, and nausea. The diet isn’t varied at all. In the restaurant you often have to serve yourself, and sometimes even set the table. They are so short-staffed. It’s hard to even find a comfortable seat for five people. Sometimes there weren’t even french fries for the kids, which should really be a basic thing, like they should pay special attention to children’s meals. To get your own drinks, and there’s only one or two staff member serving. If you want more than one or two drinks, it’s a challenge—you hbave to go back and forth multiple times. The trays are also very limited, and unfortunately, the same food is served every day. The worst part is the communication. For English-speaking guests, like us, it’s almost impossible The service staff can be quite rude. We had a particularly bad experience at the ice cream counter. I asked for two scoops instead of one, and when the ice cream fell, the staff member picked it up with their bare hands and put it back on the cone. It was absolutely disgusting.No gloves or common sence. I throw it into the bin. Another issue is that they don’t pay enough attention to cleaning up trash around the sea side. The wind constantly blows it into the sea. This is really a problem for a seaside hotel.

Понравилось все ! Очень приятный персонал, аниматоры, вкусная еда, все на высшем уровне! Огромное спасибо Биби❤️❤️❤️ Любой вопрос или пожелание решала очень быстро и оперативно! Много приятных подарочков 🫶 Было очень приятно, что на наш день свадьбы Биби сделала подарок - бесплатное посещение итальянского ресторана A La Carte! Уборка в номерах каждый день, утром/вечером смена полотенец! Огромное спасибо также за классный номер с шикарным видом из окна Сунай Бею и Биби❤️ Ребенок оценил горки в бассейне, интересные игры, ну и конечно же безлимитное вкуснейшее мороженое🍦
