− Poca disponibilita’ Zero assistenza Arrivati: reception vuota Sono andata a cercare qualcuno in giro per albergo Orario cena abbiamo dovuto correre per le 2000 iltimo orario disponibile e poi e’ arrivata gente anche dopo, ci hanno fatto aspettare tantissimo il secondo, la colazione dalle 0730 ? Non ho potuto fare colazione, mancavano shampo e bagnoschiuma in camera e quando ho chiamato la reception mi hanno detto finandare a prenderli !!! Follia…poi ho detto esplicitamente sonobsotto la doccia , me ne hanno portati due ma mancava la crema insomma , poco disponibili, alla mattina ho chiesto se potevo avere due croissant da portare via , dovevo andare a lavorare , ore 7 nulla il receptionist e’ andato a prendermele ma dopo 10 minuti io sono andata via , lui sparito! Prccato ma per il prezzo che ho pagato non sono soddisfatta
Außer dem Chaos mit dem Tennisplatz dennoch ein toller Aufenthalt.
9.0Schönes Frühstück, die Wahl am Abend über Menü oder a la carte war sehr schön. Erneut haben wir trotz durchwachsenen Wetter den Aufenthalt genossen.
− Leider war es schwierig mit benutzen der Tennisplätze. Tennisplatz abgeschlossen. Im spa Bereich keiner am Counter,an der Rezeption herrschte Ahnungslosigkeit, wann wer ansprechbar sein soll. Nach etlichem hin und her Aussage, dass die Plätze beide belegt wären, dort war jedoch einer frei.
Super Urlaub, ich werde wieder kommen.
10.0Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit super Komfort. Balkon mit Tisch und 2 Liegen und den Blick zur Ostsee, besser geht nicht. Das Hotelpersonal verdient auch ein ausgezeichnet!! Massage ist sehr zu empfehlen, besonders bei Benjamin. Er ist sehr freundlich und versteht sein Handwerk!
