− The fact that the internet was not operational for the first few days and whilst we checked out at 2 pm I was being called constantly and also asked to pay an extra amount without being consulted prior.

6.0− l'appartamento era adeguato alle aspettative. Però non si può vendere un appartamento per 6 persone quando materialmente è da 4. Lo abbiamo subito fatto notare ma ci è stato risposto che il divano sofà era per due, quando in realtà era poco pratico anche per uno. Inoltre se l'appartamento era per 6 come mai attorno al tavolo c'erano solo 4 sedie? i due ospiti dove avrei dovuto farli sedere durante i pasti?
