The property operates a self-check-in system, and the units are self-serviced and self-contained. You will receive an email containing your arrival information via email 2 days prior to your arrival, sent at 14:00. If you have booked within 3 days of arrival, you will receive your arrival information shortly after the booking is confirmed on our system. If you do not receive this information, please contact the property immediately.

The Serviced Apartments have a strict maximum occupancy of 2 persons and do not allow children or additional adult guests. There are no sofa beds, cots, or twin beds.
Please note that weekly service cleans are carried out for stays of 8 days or more. Cleaning will not be performed if the guest is in the room. Guests need to vacate the room whilst the room is being serviced.
