9.0Apartman je vrlo uredan, sadrži i perilicu suđa i rublja i tablete za isto. I lokacija je odlična. Upute domaćina su sve jasne i na vrijeme. Za ponoviti i preporučiti drugima!
− Imala sam mali zahtjev za dodatnom dekom koji nije bio ispunjen. Preporučila bih da sadrži osnovne začine (sol, papar, šećer, ulje). Iznenadio me zahtjev za depozitom 250 GBP kod check-in-a (nisam primijetila u opisu apartmana na bookingu), ali je već idući dan najkon povratka vraćen pa je sve u redu.

1.0The fire alarms went off in the property at night which also triggered the water sprinkler system to go off. There was no way to switch either off and the water sprinkler was angled over the bed, which would have made the property impossible to stay in after. I tried calling the emergency number in the property handbook with no answer. I was forced to move out and check into a hotel, and after 10 days I am still having to chase for a refund for the remaining days I was unable to stay in the property. For this reason I would not recommend this property to anyone.
I will return to this apartment.

− Je suis arrivé de Québec vers Londres avec ma mère et nous étions épuisés... Arrivé à destination pas de clefs de disponibles... En frappant à la porte, l'hôte a loué à deux familles en même temps. Quand j'ai appelé le responsable, il n'en avait rien à faire de nous aider. Ils ne nous ont même pas indemnisé et service MÉDIOCRE de la part de l'hôte. Une chance que Booking.com était là et nous ont relocalisé. Le service de BOOKING a été impeccable. Pour ce qui est de l'Hôte aucunement professionnel et ne se préoccupe pas du tout du tord qu'ils ont causés!!! Honte à vous
