1.0De nada. Foi horrível.
− Foi uma das piores experiências de minha vida como viajante. Lugar mal cuidado, quarto mal cheiroso, atendimento terrível, mal-educado, sem palavras. De 3 noites reservadas, fiquei apenas uma, e mesmo assim, porque cheguei à noite. Aguardo a devolução das demais diárias, pois o estabelecimento exigiu pagamento antecipado. E toda a comunicação é no grito, um trauma para mim. Espero que Booking me devolva o valor, pois a experiência foi tão ruim que tive que antecipar minha volta de trem, pagando uma passagem extremamente cara.

− Dirty room, disgustingly dirty shower mat, no customer service, insects all over in the room, rodents in the hallway just outside my room, filthy walls, dirty blanket, had to use my towel to cover up at night which was hidden under the pillow.had to use phone flashlight to unlock room, not safe for a single woman!Dirty walls This room was not listed on any of their websites, this was my fourth stay in Venice and totally unacceptable,

9.0Very good place to stay for a few days, a little away from the tourists traffic. Great restaurants nearby, supermarket nearby. You need to have WhatsApp on your phone, all the booking is done through it
