8.0The property owners were so nice and helpful. They helped us get a cab to go to dinner because there is nothing close to the property. The property was sufficient for a one night pre-cruise stay. We booked three rooms, one of which was spacious and had a great water view. The other two were smaller and simple. It was definitely good value for the price and if you are just looking for a place to stay for the night.

Cactus guethouse Baie du Tombeau INSALU RE
2.0Logement insalubre et propriétaire du logement trés grossier et ne veut rien entendre. Jai appelé le service client pour un relogement mais on m'a dit selon le propriétaire tout est nickel et que je faisais la difficile. Jai du repayé un autre logement car je ne pouvais pas resteret on a eu une petite altercation avec le proprio en présence téléphonique du service relogement. Je suis trés deçu du service hotel.com (membre silver) car on ne tient pas compte du client.

4.0Nous ne sommes pas restés. la chambre proposée était minuscule, une haute fenêtre qui ne permettait pas la vue sur l’extérieur ,triste pour des vacances, la clim ne devait fonctionner que la nuit , pas de possibilité de repas . Pas d’accès direct à la mer, franchement les photos étaient attrayantes sur le site et nous avons été très très déçus. Le monsieur bien gentil mais ça ne suffisait pas . Sommes restés 1/2 heure .
