9.0Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο, το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο.
− Στο συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο που ήμασταν είχε λίγη φασαρία καθώς απέξω περνούσε συχνα το ηλεκτρικό αμαξίδιο του ξενοδοχείου. Και επίσης οι τιμές των υπηρεσιών του spa μας φάνηκαν υπέρογκες.

8.0Everything was great. We especially liked the peaceful and quiet atmosphere.
− The quality of the cocktails was disappointing. Unfortunately, the bathroom and toilet flooded, and it was disappointing that we were not moved to another room the same day. We had to wait until the next day for a room change.

10.0Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment incroyable au Magma Resort. L’hôtel était superbe, très agréable et parfaitement à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le personnel a été particulièrement sympathique, attentif et toujours disponible. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié leur attention à mon régime sans gluten, ce qui m’a vraiment mis en confiance et m’a permis de profiter du séjour sereinement. Un grand merci particulier à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse spécialement à Ellie qui a été réellement 5 étoiles avec nous et tout au long de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
