− Entrée très difficile car nous sommes restés 45 mn à la porte du bâtiment (réservation au 28 de la rue mais entrée au 22. Curieux!) avec l'impression d'être abandonnés par notre hôte. Ayant pris la demande de caution pour une arnaque, nous n'avons pas obtenu les codes d'accès mais seulement comme interlocutrice une I.A. : Glendha qui vous envoie des coeurs (quelle familiarité!) mais pas les codes. En désespoir, nous avons appeler Booking qui a bien géré la situation. Félicitations à Booking pour leur réactivité et Carton rouge pour le propriétaire indifférent.
