Pleasant, convenient and great customer service to resolve issues.
8.0The customer service and responsiveness to address issues was exceptional. First room had issues and they immediately offered another option. Second room was quite comfortable, clean and a great stay.
− The first room I received rated a 6 at best. Toilet seat was loose, room was cold with no option to heat. Just sugar and napkins where there should have been coffee/tea. Decor was spare and very dorm like. Booked the deluxe room which stated “guests will have a special experience since this double room has a hot tub”. It didn’t, and customer service assured me they would be fixing the listing. Also, there is no railing to the first floor so if that’s an issue, be cautious.

3.0Good location for accessing transport. We appreciated the heating.
− Property is dated, uncomfortable and has poor facilities. Needs a deep clean (there was mould in the fridge and by the coffee machine, unclean shower heads and marks on walls).
Lovely spacious room, fab location. Perfect for what I needed.
