− Not a deal-breaker, but unfortunately we got the bathroom with no Japanese toilet; no fun buttons to press.

7.0The location is right in the heart of Hirafu and super close to the lifts.
− We had a strong odour from our room’s plumbing that eventually meant we were moved to another room. It took 2 days of living with the unpleasant odour while the hotel management tried to fix it. The room we were moved to had a different configuration and was smaller, which would have been ok had we not been in our original room. This was a disappointment, and it would have been a nice gesture to move us to a better room for having to deal with a sewer smell for a few days.

1.0− Had a smell of rotten gas in the room the whole stay. Also the first night had us in the wrong room. Disappointing stay.
The staff was very hospitable and accomodating while location is easy access to restaurants and shops.
10.0The staff, ease of the location to restaurants, fairly easy to the lifts, rental facility on property, ski lockers with boot warmers, onsen/pool, restaurant. Rachel especially was very hospitable remembering our name after just one meeting. The front desk was very accommodating when we requested for a late check out as our son fell ill and was able to rest until our departure in the comfort of the room.

− 溫泉設備竟然在12月旺季期間壞掉，整個6天住宿都沒有溫泉可泡，只象徵性補償1萬元日幣，觀感很壞而且在出發前幾天才通知，我們訂房是半年前而且不可退房取消。錢在訂房時ㄧ次付清。
