− The receptionist was sharp and not friendly. And The gym is bad
i use the booking to choose the best hotel and room , but room pictures and description - not true
3.0− i did not get what I booked. my booking was the Sea view room with Double beds. 5 stars rated hotel. after third moving from room to room I got the room with two beds but hotel facility and garbage side. no even a little sea view. bad room cleaning. no sheets change . no ashtray change. dusty dirty floors. mold in the vanity . dirty sinks. phone does not work. i was asking every single day to clean my room.... poor TV, small screen and bad quality . slow elevators
