7.0The location is absolutely the best part of it. It's right in the city center, and makes very easy to go around see the main city attractions
− Too many noises because of the paper walls. No possibility to leave luggages. A tiny bed.

Clean, convenient, but very 'compact'.
8.0Access to the studio was straightforward - codes were sent to me well in advance which was appreciated. A very useful YouTube video to show the entrance to the building. The building and studio were extremely clean and pleasant. Very convenient location - 25 mins walk from London's main theatres and from major stations like St Pancras. There are supermarkets and cafes nearby. The studio was reasonably well equipped and had everything I needed for simple meal / snack preparation. Everything had obviously been refurbished fairly recently (2026) and to a good standard.
− The studio was quite small and the bathroom was perhaps the smallest I have ever seen - I had to step forward towards the bathroom washbasin before I could close the door behind me. No room even for a toilet roll holder - if there had been, you would scrape your thigh on it when sitting down on the toilet. I can imagine accommodation as small as this being quite uncomfortable in hot weather - it was not easy to open the windows very far. I understand that profit margins are everything, but it might have been better to have corridors with two decent-sized studios instead of three small ones. The lack of a lift might be a problem for people with mobility issues.
