7.0The apartment itself was quite new spacious and exceptionally clean.
− It was a basement apartment which I didn't realise I thought it was a ground floor one. I am claustrophobic so I felt very uncomfortable in it while awake, which was most of the time, as it was far too warm and stuffy to sleep i actually slept on thd sofa as the bed was,too warm for both of us. There is NO air conditioning and NO windows that open, the door to the fire escape access was right infront of someone else's air conditioning unit, so it output warm air constantly towards the door pushing in more hot air! The mattress on bed was uncomfortable and quite thin and soft the bed itself was very low which is not good for anyone with bad back or knees. Where situated its great for young people who want to party all night and sleep all day, which we were not... the noise outside went on to 3.30am each night before things quietened down, which again if you are young and carefree it would not be a problem. On the first early morning there was a lot of noise from appartment above us, also a lot of shouting back and forth in the hallway by two people no idea who ...which was not appreciated. I would not go back due to location which we booked not knowing the area, we just wanted something private and close the the Wyndham Theatre.
