5.0Petit-déjeuner correct, chambre principale correcte
− Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement, avec notre petit-fils de 15 ans (1.80m) Le canapé lit, très inconfortable, un matelas de 5 cm d'épaisseur, où l'on sentait tous les ressorts, 1 couverture sur le matelas pour essayer de le rendre un peu plus confortable, des draps pliés en 2 , ne pouvant être bordés. Les stores lamelles de la chambre et du salon, bloqués en position haute, aucun moyen d'obscurité : Le 1er jour, j'ai demandé 1 intervention, aucun résultat, puis le 2ème jour, aucun résultat, puis le 3ème jour, aucun résultat, j'avais l'impression de m'adresser à des murs. Que dire du local de la consigne à bagages, au rez-de-chaussée : d'une saleté indescriptible (bouteilles, immondices au sol, feuilles etc...)

8.0Personnel au top, emplacement nickel, les matelas dans les chambres très bien. Petit déjeuner moyen.....
− Peut-être pour le tarif payé tu peux pas avoir mieux a Londres. L'appartement un peu vétuste.....pas de travaux récents sûrement. Carrelage fêlé dans la sdb&cuisine( d'oùla noteconcernantle nettoyage, sinon le femmesde chambrepassetoutes les jours). Le matelas dans le canapé inconfortable, épaisseur de 8cm( a peu près)

− Das sie in den 4 Tagen in denen wir dort waren kein WLAN zustande gebracht haben obwohl wir täglich an der Rezeption darum gebeten haben.
