On a fait un très bon séjour là bas on avait l’impression d’être comme à la maison.

Bad stay
1.0I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at the apartment, as the overall experience did not meet the expected standard, particularly in relation to check-in procedures, guest data privacy, and the services that were supposed to be provided during the stay. First, the arrival and check-in process was not handled in a professional or secure manner. I was asked to communicate through WhatsApp and to send copies/photos of the identification documents of myself, my wife, and my children through WhatsApp. Considering the sensitivity of personal identification documents, especially those belonging to family members and children, I was very uncomfortable with this method. I expected a proper and secure official procedure for guest registration and verification rather than sending sensitive family documents through WhatsApp. Second, I had requested and paid for a baby cot/crib as part of my booking. However, the baby cot was never delivered during my stay despite the payment being made. I therefore request a full refund of the amount charged for this service. In addition, there was no proper daily housekeeping service during the stay. The apartment was not cleaned on a daily basis, towels were not replaced, garbage bags and other basic consumable items were not replenished, and there was no consistent housekeeping follow-up. This significantly affected the comfort and quality of our stay, particularly as we were staying as a family with children. My main concerns are therefore: 1. The inappropriate and insecure check-in and guest identification process through WhatsApp. 2. Requesting sensitive identification documents for my wife and children through WhatsApp instead of a secure official system. 3. Failure to provide the baby cot/crib that was requested and paid for. 4. Lack of daily apartment cleaning. 5. Failure to replace towels and replenish garbage bags and other basic guest supplies. 6.
