1.0− Disappointing experience – Definitely not a 4-star hotel! I am deeply disappointed with my stay at Hotel Alsago Lux. Although they advertise themselves as a 4-star property, the reality is far from it. The staff is completely unprofessional. They struggle significantly with basic communication, mastering neither Croatian nor English. Getting assistance or simple information was a constant challenge. The Room & Bathroom: The rooms are extremely cramped. The layout makes no sense—you can practically wash your hands in the bathroom sink while lying in bed! The bathroom is an absolute nightmare: the shower is so tiny you can barely turn around, and the sink is positioned so poorly right in front of the toilet that you cannot even sit down properly. The housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. The room was not properly cleaned, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this category. Value for money: We paid €110 per night, which is an absolute rip-off for what they offer. This place is worth €50 per night at best. Save your money and look elsewhere!
